Shipping is completely free, and there are no additional duties within Europe!
We currently ship our products across a wide range of European countries, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible and it usually takes 2-5 days before we receive it in your mailbox. If you have not received your package within 14 days, please contact us and we will help you.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This will also include the tracking number so that you can track the location of your package.
When you place an order with us, you will quickly receive an order confirmation e-mail containing all the information about your order.

If you wish to return an unopened product, you are responsible for the shipping cost. The return address can be found at the bottom of our website or in our terms and conditions.

Our products
Vessi is a skin care range developed in Norway that contains extracts and pure oils of wild plants and berries from the Nordic wilderness. These ingredients are particularly nutritious due to their high content of vitamins, antioxidants, fatty acids, and botanicals. We emphasize purity and quality, so we choose sustainably extracted ingredients that best preserve the high content of active substances. We combine these ingredients with proven and effective ingredients such as niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, squalane, and panthenol. This combination of ingredients results in effective products for various skin conditions while remaining gentle. All products are enriched with Arctic spring water from Finland.
On all our products there is what is known as the PAO (period after opening) symbol. This symbol looks like a jar with a number indicating the shelf life in months after opening. The symbol is found both on the outer packaging and on the product itself.
During pregnancy or breastfeeding, the skin can be more sensitive than usual. It’s important to avoid heavily scented products and certain active ingredients like retinol and salicylic acid. While most of our products are formulated with gentle ingredients and are generally safe during this time, we recommend avoiding our Neck & Chest Refining Cream. As always, consult your healthcare provider before use.
All Vessi products contain well-documented ingredients that are gentle on all skin types, even very sensitive skin. If you are unsure or have reacted to products in the past, we still recommend that you test the product on a small area before using it. Apply a small amount to the inside of the arm and wait 24 hours to be sure.
All our products are developed in Norway and produced in the Nordic countries. Production takes place under approved conditions, with strict requirements for content, purity and quality.
Not at all. Our products are not tested on animals and never will be.
No, none of our products contain plastics, parabens, mineral oils or silicone.
